Semi private sessions with a yoga teacher are based around the aspects you want to focus on, alongside one other student. As an experienced yoga instructor, I craft private yoga classes that directly meet the needs of your body and mind, whilst taking in to account any injury or illness either of you might have.
When I can tailor the class just for you two, you both receive all the encouragement, adjustments and focus. Your yoga practice will improve significantly faster than when just attending group classes. Semi private yoga sessions allow us the space and time to work on your strength and flexibility at a pace that’s right for you both.
