I began Mount Martha Yoga after graduating from yoga teacher training and 15 years of personal practice. It’s a light and airy studio, overlooking the beautiful hills and ocean of Mount Martha. The key benefit of a private or semi-private class is that we can tailor it to work on your particular goals, whilst taking in to account any problem areas.
